Yeah, that makes total sense. Finally managed another coverage run that looks OK. Results are here: http://results.testfest.php.net/lcov_20090528/

These look comparable with the original (before test fest) run here: http://results.testfest.php.net/lcov_20090508/ I was tempted to claim that these show PHP coverage of about 2% overall as a result of test fest - but I looked at the instrumented lines and executed lines in the two runs and realised that they are different, more thought required...
