run-tests : store and compare results - Draft

Hello everyone, As you may know, the phpruntests GSOC project has a goal to store and compare results of runtests from everyone. There is much work to do before getting to that point. That's why I think we should start a draft of what should be done, improvements for midterm future, etc. It's pretty sure everything won't be done in the GSOC09 project, but with a precise idea of what we want, anyone with free time will be able to help :) I'm willing to write the first draft on this task, based on feedbacks from everyone on this subject : how to compare results, what informations to highlight, how it will works, etc. Just let me know if you're ok with this, and where should I start writing. Wiki seems a good idea, but where exactly ? Olivier
