I've tested it both with libiconv 1.7 and 1.8, and it works.
$ grep -A 10 "supports errno" config.log
If the result of above command goes like "result: no", then
libiconv doesn't set errno properly in your platform and the old
implementation would be adopted to build the extension.
(Please see the code for detail)
So if this is the case, let's remove it as long as we haven't got another
better way to check. It might not make sense any longer as it was
expected.
