Hi all

I'm unfamiliar with the status (or behaviour) of phpruntests but it sounds like something that could accommodate. We are running 'most' of the tests. The only major section we haven't implemented yet is --REDIRECTTEST--. We are seeing some good times from Georg's parallel test runner code but it is not completely integrated yet. It's going well though.

We got as far as discussing the format of the XML output last night, it's on Georg's list as a to-do. Requirements at this stage would be welcome. Our current to-do list is on the wiki - here: http://wiki.php.net/qa/runtests.

And while people (Olivier?) explore other approaches (like CDash and the like) we could also play with Sebastian's code to gain insight and ideas today. I like the PHP friendly features it offers, like an ability to sort by ./configure option. Good plan
