Whereabouts are you located? NYPHP just participated in the TestFest for the first time and I'm all for organizing things a bit so that TestFests can happen throughout the year and managed on the ground by the UG. I think this would greatly benefit PHP (the more eyes/tests the merrier) and the communities (it's good practice and good for the resume). H
