Path for fixing tests/basic/022.phpt and 023.phpt

The cookie tests fails on the current svn build (Ubuntu 9.04, checked out this evening). The problem seems to have been introduced after the merge of the UEXPECT section in revision 260316: http://svn.php.net/viewvc/php/php-src/trunk/tests/basic/023.phpt?r1=230273&r2=260316 http://svn.php.net/viewvc/php/php-src/trunk/tests/basic/022.phpt?r1=230273&r2=260316 Two of the values does not match the previous revisions, but the results from running the tests do (at least now).
