ext/tidy tests

Hi all,
I was explaining a colleague the phpt test system the other day and came
up with two tests for ext/tidy that AFAICT cover code paths that are not
covered yet by the existing tests. Here they are:

the naming scheme used
in the existing tidy tests this might be called tidy_error1.phpt
http://wenz.pastebin.com/m615654fd -- according to
the naming scheme used
in the existing tidy tests this might be called 030.phpt
I think I don´t have karma for tidy tests, so if someone thinks the tests
are a nice addition please commit ´em :-)
