TestFest and test submissions...

Hi everyone, I'm volunteering myself to organise a testfest day for phpnw (England). Currently just trying to get a venue sorted out and I will update the wiki page with the details. Off the back of last years testfest, i've completed more tests for spl but have nowhere to submit them to. Can anyone tell me what the usual process is for submitting tests outside of a testfest? I know we had an SVN repo for it at the time, but I have no idea what my details where for it, or how I would report that it now contains more tests! I have noticed that the tests I wrote last year have now made it in to svn. Any help appreciated (i'll organise the SVN repo for this years testfest after the venue has been sorted).
