Hello!
You are receiving this email because your project has been selected to
take part in an effort by the PHP QA Team to make sure that your project
still works with PHP versions to-be-released. With this we hope to make
sure that you are either aware of things that might break, or to make
sure we don't introduce any strange regressions.
The first release candidate for 5.4.0 was just released and can be
downloaded from:
http://qa.php.net/
The Windows binaries are available at
http://windows.php.net/qa/
PHP 5.4.0 contains a lot of new features, bugfixes and removes
deprecated features. Please test your code carefully with PHP 5.4.0RC1
to help us release a stable new PHP version.
For a list of new features and bugfixes that you can target in your testing, please
refer to the NEWS file:
http://svn.php.net/viewvc/php/php-src/tags/php_5_4_0RC1/NEWS?view=markup
The next release candidate will be released on November 24.
In case you think that other projects should also receive this kind
of emails, please let us know privately, and we will add them to the
list of projects to contact.
Regards,
Stas Malyshev and David Soria Parra
