Here are some functions with "Tested" column set to "No" that in fact have one
or several tests :
xmlwriter_write_attribute_ns
xmlwriter_write_dtd
xml_set_unparsed_entity_decl_handler
xml_set_notation_decl_handler
xml_set_start_namespace_decl_handler
These examples where extracted from the 10 first functions marked as untested. Two other functions
are indirectly tested that why I did not included them in this list.
The ratio seems to be the same for the whole list.
Some functions listed as not tested are just aliases for other functions (eg: get_required_files()).
I think these functions should be marked as such to avoid confusion.
