Sounds like a good state. :P Maybe I’ll tackle that sometime in the future…

Is there any way to run tests in parallel?
there was a project to create a smarter php test executor, the prototype supported parallel test
execution:

http://svn.php.net/viewvc/php/phpruntests/trunk/
the current run-tests.php doesn't support that, and the phpruntests seems to be
abandoned/waiting for a new volunteer to take over.
from my personal experience it is somehow hard to add new changes to the current run-tests.php,
because it is a real mess, and everybody is afraid changing it because it would break.
