I added a specific version filter to QA report index.
I removed dev/RC filter and added specific versions to the new filter.

As Johannes said, 5.4.1RC1-dev is not a correct version number in QA
logic. So maybe we'll revert my patch in the future to keep the code clean
with no specific case :)
Oh and by the way, I plan to deal with expected failed tests and successful
tests from ci.qa in the next few weeks. Please see my last email about that
and give me your feedback before I start working on it :)
