On Windows with a Drupal7 site I also have problems with opcache after
5.5.6. I tracked down the change that caused it and reverted that one.

Another road to achieve the same result: take the Optimizer/block_pass.c
from 5.5.6 and all other files from the opcache in 5.5.8
Maybe it is the same problem.
