Likely this fix needs backporting to PHP 5.5: http://git.php.net/?p=php-src.git;a=commitdiff;h=aba775fd34d5f0e10c072daaf350dbc068436f44 You could test it with PHP 5.5 (regenerate the .h file before building PHP) and file a PR on github.
