I think this is a very good idea that'll hopefuly give users a better idea about the kind of information we need and allow them to enter this information in a clear and concise manner. I do believe this can be made even more useful, if it was coupled with a backend parser, that would format the user input into standard, easy to read (from browser/email) reports. Ilia
