Hello, my name is Richard Bateman, and I'm addicted to PHP.
ok, sorry, couldn't help it. I won't promise to be the most active
member, but I would like to help test PHP and keep it going as quickly
as possible. I program in PHP professionally, and have written some
large enterprise applications with it. I don't know a lot about what
testing PHP builds involves, but I am willing to learn and help in any
way I can.
I have a Windows 2000, windows XP, and several redhat linux boxes which
I will test on. It is particularly in my best interest to make sure
the windows releases work, as one of the software projects I work on
has to be run on windows (pause for a sympathetic silence).
My skills include C/C++, PHP, MySql, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server,
Visual Basic/ASP (only when absolutely needed), HTML/XHTML/XML,
advanced Javascript/HTMLDOM, and a few other various hobbies that won't
be useful here.
I look forward to learning how to contribute better by watching what
everyone else does. =]
Richard
