Bugtracing guide for win32 and linux / debug build support

Hi list, to simplify our life and get more information on those "IIS crashes" bugs, I think we should provide support with "debug builds" (and/or debug symbols) for win32, I think it´s allowed that we provide also a debug apache module and CGI version(if www.apache.org doesn´t), for IIS people can download debug symbols (I hope) - I think these are the most frequent SAPIs on Win32 If everyone thinks that is a good idea, I´ll start collecting some information and create a new page on www.php.net. That´s both plus for us and for win32 users. During that turn I can also update the backtrace linux page and provide some info on backtraces and relevant links too. regards
