I've done (I think!) everything apart from the sordid business of
configuring the IIS metabase.

looks great,
1) maybe missing apache support?
2) missing .php4 file extension, there are people out there using it
3) to avoid questions from users, who don´t read the whole line (extension activation), isn´t it possible to place mysql and odbc in checked-disabled boxes? then every user sees that they´re activated by default
