What is the win32 directory issue ?

I have started going through all win32 projects to collect all header files and libraries needed to build all versions and all modules. Are we going to restructure the way win32-binaries are build ?
I´m sure you´ve missed what went on, have a look at www.php4win.de, they took your job now ;)
