This is great news (though this could mean preformance hit too) for PHP,
since many "safe mode" problems will get solved. Now we only need a little
thing - get SAPI for Apache 2 :) BTW, current beta says the filter
infrastructure is there, and API is stabilizing, so maybe it's not too far
away.
