I think 20 days is way too short. The bug reports don't harm
anyone, they often contain useful information.
I don´t think so. 20 days for bugs with 4.0beta and similar, months old, very likely deprecated, can be closed. They´re in there for more than two months...
    1. After one month of being in feedback state, send the
        submitter a reminder.
    2. After two months, close the bug report.
The Apache bug db is operated similarly. It can work for us
    as well.
the chance is low that they´ll reopen, cause the bugs do not appear anymore, for bugs regarding newer versions we should in fact be more careful I´ve mentioned that 20+ days for older bugs before... -- o----------0-¬---------O-·---¬----o---®-----o o O ° . | http://www.kiffen.de | pRoteçt y0ur bRaín |0 O ° ¤ ° · 0°·³°²'²³-¹'³´³°^°³~³²³°'³²²¨³²^³¹³²°²³`³º³°Þ ° o © ° . · | psychedelic experience | gott@kiffen.de | O ° o ° o-¬--o--0-----©-·--O-----o-----0-¤----------o 0 ° · ° . ¤ ·
