smarty and ZE2

Hi, we are developing an web-application wich is based comletly on the php-ZendEngine 2. The Problem is, that it seems that smarty did not work with the new engine. Is there a way, to get smarty working with ze2 ? If i install smarty 2.3.0, and do a require("Smarty.class.php"); a get an parse error: Parse error: parse error in /home/torsten/web_apps/ile2/Smarty.class.php on line 1086 line 1086 is: $smarty_compiler = new $this->compiler_class; changing this to: $smarty_compiler = new Smarty_Compiler(); lets the class load withaout errors. But if i assiogn some vars and then call $smarty->display("template.tpl") php crash's. Is there a change to get smarty in the current state working with ze2 ? cu, Torsten.
