The manual comes with the distribution in SGML format. It would be
pretty easy to just convert english->german, but to maintain? We
probably need a new format to maintain multiple languages. Probably just
follow the PHP manual format, which I have not spent any time looking
at.
So if someone would like to devote some time to convert the manual to
PHP manual format and get that setup on the Smarty site, that would be
cool :-)
