How to get SOAP header in response?

With SOAP extension:
$soapclient->__soapCall("soapmethod", array( ... list of parametes ...));
returns the SOAP response body. How do you get the SOAP header? I tried the
getLastResponseHeaders() method, but that only gives me the HTTP headers.
