KVP in nusoap ?

Noticed it did not support KVP (ie: keyword value pairs..) for example: <KVP
K='running' P='1'/>
Running would take the value of 1.. just need to have it parse incoming
requests that way.. but not getting anywhere. If anyone could help me id
greatly appricate it. Thank you
