Chris, I use one I wrote called SimpleSoap. The code (what's available and published) is at http://www.edoceo.com/simplesoap This thing isn't really SOAP, it allows you to receive any XML content, and get the XML document from it. Maybe it will help. SimpleSOAP doesn't understand or even acknowledge WSDL, you can email busby@edoceo.com for more information. /B ----- Original Message ----- From: "Chris McCluskey" <chris@modulusgroup.com> To: <soap@lists.php.net> Sent: Monday, December 09, 2002 10:49 Subject: [SOAP] At the risk of sounding like a loser.. at the risk of sounding like a loser... does php have any native soap functions? I downloaded the nusoap object and it seems to work great, but as i'm trying to understand the innerworkings of soap itself, i found it a bit confusing. I then began work on a series of objects that would construct an XML document and then send it as a soap message, but before I re-invent the wheel, are their any php functions that will do this? there didn't seem to be any on the site. -Chris ----------------------------------- _ _ _ _ |'|(_)|_)(_)|_(_)`-, * * * ------------------------------------ Chris McCluskey Web Applications Engineer Modulus, LLC 1720 Willow Creek Circle, Suite 520 Eugene, OR 97402 Email: chris@modulusgroup.com Voice: +1 (541) 434-1024 Web..: http://www.modulusgroup.com <http://www.modulusgroup.com/> ============================================ The contents of this transmission may be confidential in nature and should be directed only to the person to whom it is addressed.
