Invalid Entity from PEAR::SOAP::Client or Server

List,
I'm using latest PEAR::SOAP from pear.php.net to build messages. I'm
not using the WSDL, I'm using static client/server modus, and well heres the
dump from $sc->wire. You see it says I have an invalid response (XML error
on line 6: not well-formed (invalid token)). But SOAP::Client creates line
6, so what is going on? Thanks in advance for help
