PEAR::SOAP complex type object creation

I'm using code like this:
include("SOAP/Client.php");
$wsdl = new SOAP_WSDL("http://10.0.0.105:8080/coreWS/ws?WSDL");
$proxy = $wsdl->getProxy();
In that WSDL, there's a function that takes an argument of type Customer.
In the WSDL, a complex type of type Customer is also defined. How would I
go about creating an object of type Customer so that I can pass this
object to the function? I noticed there's an array complexTypes, but I
don't really see any "easy" way of creating an object of a given complex
type.
