I didn't have any luck compiling 4.3.1-dev (without soap)... so php cvs
version is out of the question.
Anyway... I want to install soap in 4.3.0... I found that configure
for soap didn't set the include path for libxml2 correctly and didn't
add -lxml2, so I modified Makefile accordingly, but still php claims
PHP Warning: Unknown(): Invalid library (maybe not a PHP library)
'soap.so' in Unknown on line 0
