I was having a similar problem so I started doing some digging and I found
out that .net, specifically the Microsoft.VSDesigner tool that generates all
of the proxy code from your WSDL didn't like this section of the WSDL
generated by Disco.php.
<soap:binding transport="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/http/"
style="rpc"
/>
In looking at other WSDL's that work I was able to come up with a valid
transport value that Microsoft.VSDesigner liked and built the proper proxy
code for me.
<soap:binding transport="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http"
style="rpc"
/>
I modified my Base.php by adding a define for SOAP_TRANSPORT_HTTP to match
the above value, and modified Disco.php to use this value instead of the
SOAP_HTTP value that it was originally using.
I hope this helps.
