Does anyone know why $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA is not auto-populated with the post
data by default? I know I can enable it via a .htaccess file if it is
disabled, but I was wondering if their was a performance or security reason
for it's default setting? Also, is there any other way to get XML data which
was posted to the PHP script besides this variable?
