Disco.php Error

I don't know if you consider this an error or not, but the Disco.php file
that is in the current PEAR::SOAP distribution is using <? instead of <?php.
We just had a new install crash and it took us some time to figure out that
it was beacuse our php.ini is default to not allow short for tags. All of
the other files use <?php so I figure Disco.php should be brought into line.
