Boolean errors in PEAR::SOAP

I'm getting some wierd results when my clients pass in false in a boolean
field. For some reason PEAR::SOAP doesn't populate the objects field with
any data. I'll be looking into this, but just thought I'd see if anyone
else has run into it and has a fix. I'm using v0.7.2, I haven't upgraded
yet since I made some changes to my version to get it working with C# and I
haven't had the time to check if those changes made it into v0.7.3.
