What makes it odd is that the options are set with the API in the SOAP_Client object like this: $sc =& new SOAP_Client("https://www.me.com/xmsd.php"); $sc->setOpt('curl',CURLOPT_VERBOSE,0); $sc->setOpt('curl',CURLOPT_MUTE,1); $sc->setOpt('curl',CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOST,0); $opt = array('namespace'=>'urn:my_rpc','trace'=>1,'style'=>'rpc','timeout'=>30); $arg = array(new SOAP_Value('key','string',$key), new SOAP_Value('ts','date',$ts)); $res = $sc->call('get_drift',$arg,$opt); and then I get the error messages: Warning: Cannot use a scalar value as an array in /opt/php/lib/php/SOAP/Client.php on line 303 Warning: reset() [http://www.php.net/function.reset]: Passed variable is not an array or object in /opt/php/lib/php/SOAP/Transport/HTTP.php on line 505 Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /opt/php/lib/php/SOAP/Transport/HTTP.php on line 506 Does that mean that setting options for the SOAP_Client using the array, and the $opt to call are incompatible, or does it mean I'm not using the SOAP_Client API correctly. From what I gathered from talks.php.net from the 23 Apr 2003 talk this code is OK.
