Identification to use a WSDL

Hello,
I want to use a WSDL which is on a IIS Server and I can get it
by a Url like this http://myServer/virtualFolder/file.wsdl
In my code I write
$mySoapClient = new SOAP_Client
(http://user:password@myServer/virtualFolder/file.wsdl);
But I can't get method define in th WSDL. If I want it to work I've to put
"Acces Anonym" true in my vitualFolder. Then I can acces to the method...
(but I have a typeMapper error : it's not the subject... I'll post an other
new...)
How can I force this identification please...
