SSL Failure

List,
I'm using SOAP 7.3 and on one machine the script runs fine, on another
not at all. I get this error:
SOAP Fault:
Fault Code: HTTP
Message: curl_exec error 35 SSL: error:14090086:SSL
routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed -
My Options are set as follows, shouldn't the CURL ignore invalid hosts?
