Error in iso8601 conversions (dateTime)

Hi people, I decided to run the test method in the dateTime SOAP type class of PEAR::SOAP in the hope I could understand the Z/UTC problem I think I'm still suffering with. I ran the following script:- <?php require 'SOAP/Client.php'; $obj = new SOAP_Type_dateTime; $obj->_test(); ?> Which outputs:- orig: 2001-04-25T09:31:41-0700 orig toUTC: 2001-04-25T16:31:41Z orig ts: 988216301 utc ts: 988216301 orig ts back: 2001-04-25T17:31:41+0100 utc ts back: 2001-04-25T17:31:41+0100 Error in iso8601 conversions Is this supposed to be (currently) broken? Maybe it’s a cause of the problem I'm suffering from where dates coming from a .Net SOAP server get mangled and changed to different days after PEAR SOAP has had its sticky paws on them.
