Question about PEAR::SOAP and https

Hello, I am using PEAR::SOAP and I invoked a webservice mounted on another https server, but the script returned a message telling that there was no function defined in wsdl. when I fetch from my server the wsdl mounted on https using PHP and Curl, the contents in XML are displayed as expected, which means Curl is finding the content of the wsdl's URL. I found in the list there was a fix to do in PEAR::SOAP, and I fixed the file WSDL.php; but in this case, this line causes the script keeps on processing and finally doesn't return anythig, neither process further invocation: $soapclient = new SOAP_Client("https://.../service.asmx?wsdl"); do I need to fix another files?
