I don't know who is right, but I've had that slash removed for some time and
haven't had any problems with any of my clients .net, php, flash.

One of our clients who is consuming our PHP SOAP v0.73 driven web services
using is using .net.
Apparently, when he added the reference to our webservice in his
application, it choked on the final slash in the soap binding transport
(http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http/).
He was able to remove the slash from his local copy of the WSDL, and it then
worked fine. Note the WSDL is being generated by
SOAP_DISCO_Server->getWSDL.
Removing the / from the SCHEMA_SOAP_HTTP constant in Base.php seems to have
solved the issue for him.
Any ideas who's right?
Thanks!
