Bug description:readline with | more option not showing prompt and typing
Description:

when i do a readline in php for cli and add |more to the command
readline doesnt show chars or the prompt.
Test script:

readline('here');
php test.php | more
Expected result:
----------------
here and readline chars
Actual result:
--------------
cursor blinking
