A quick thought on dynamic blocks.

- defines a dynamic block that can be optionally parsed or looped
I prefer the FastTemplate syntax, eg <!-- BEGIN dynamic block: myblock -->
since dynamic templates are often used for row templates inside a table,
and the HTML-comment syntax allows the designer to work on a "clean"
table, with no extra-characters (such as {dynamic: name}) that are not
part of a row or cell and get rendered in random positions by the browser.
