Well I dont think so anyway, the direcrory /usr/local/include/php-lib is
readable and searchable by others, user and group.
No it does not work if I specify the full path :
include_path = .:/usr/local/include/php-lib
hmm its got me stuffed Ive tried this before and never had any luck?
