IMAP make errors and a buggy imap.c

Imap.c seems to have a bug in it as far as I can tell. No configure errors were reported and the required c-client type files are where they are configured to be. The reason I say this may be a bug is because about half of the lines below are only supposed to be excuted if windows is detected and this is a linux box. I currently am running php4.0b3 compiled w/o IMAP and it works great but I need this for IMP. If anyone has a clue about this I would be very appreciative.
