I installed apache verion 1.3.11 and php verions 4.0b3 on my linux server.
I also installed postgreSQL version 7.0. displaying records from my
postgres table works on my php script when run on the browser. However,
inserting records result to this error:
The remote server refuses to perform the request
The URL is not available.
What could be wrong in my installation and configuration?
