php4.0b4 on NT - strange problem with ISAPI module

Hi folks, Sorry I wasn't able to test the version Zeev posted for testing, however I now have the official beta 4 installed on my machine, and I've been checking out whether all my stuff works. I have IIS4 on NT4 SP4, and I've been testing both the .exe and the isapi version. I haven't got the exe to go wrong yet, but for some reason I haven't yet been able to pin down, a lot of the pages that the ISAPI module serves up just contain the message 'Access violation' - no headers or anything else. If I change the app mapping in the management console so that the same page is processed by the exe then the page shows up with no problem. I don't think that the problem is related to a specific page, the same script will sometimes work and sometimes not, and the problem seems to occur across all of my scripts. I assume that my php.ini file must be ok, since the exe is working fine.
