odbc bug #2886 php4.0b4

I ran the test script shown in my bug report #2886 (an error as php closes down after an odbc session). The error is still there (which is fair enough - nobody has reported fixing it!). When tested with the exe version, as the page closes down I get the following error: OleMainThreadWndName: php.exe - Application Error The instruction at "0x1f42cf70" referenced memory at "0x1f42cf70". The memory could not be read. I can't provide a disassembly at that memory location because, surprise surprise, the memory can't be read.
