PHP4 Beta4 problem

I have just downloaded PHP4 beta 4 and I am trying to run it as cgi mode under Apache 1.3.11 with
WinNT4.0 SP5. However as soon as I try to run a php script I get an Dr. Watson application error
for php.exe. I know that Apache is configured correctly as it worked fine for beta 2 and I have
placed the accompanying dlls under the winnt\system32 directory. Anyone got any suggestions?
