PHP4 is really picky about the sendmail path in the PHP.ini it seems. Take
a look at that and make sure the fullpath to sendmail is in there, that
might take care of the problem, it did for me.

Hi I'm trying to use the mail() function on an installation of PHP4.0
Beta 3, but it doesn't seem to work..
Is is a bug, is it fixed in the newer releases?
