domxml and wddx not installed

I used this configure command: ./configure --with-mysql --with- apache=../apache_1.3.9 --en able-track-vars --with-xml --with-wddx --with- ftp --disable-inline --disable-deb ug --with-dom=/usr/libxml-1.8.6 Checking the output of php_info() neither WDDX or domxml seemed to be installed. I ran the testdom script and it said xml_doc() was an undefined function. Checking back over the output of configure these two lines were evident: checking whether to include DOM support... no checking whether to include WDDX support... no WDDX worked fine in PHP4.0b3 I compiled earlier. Everything in the install went smoothly, and I installed libxml without a hassle. Any help much appreciated. And don't worry about sending me mail (like the Geocraler notice says), I can read from the list. By the way, I am running Apache 1.3.9 and RedHat.
