Problem building with ASpell 0.29.1

Using latest CVS, Apache 1.3.9 and Aspell-.29.1. PHP detects Aspell library fine after copy aspell-c.h to /usr/local/include. lib files installed from aspell into /usr/local/include. PHP detects libs fine and build PHP module. Apache compilation dies.
